Shipping and Refund Policy

Here at RJ’s, we’re committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping for your orders.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon ordering, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. This email can be used as proof of purchase and may be found in junk or spam folder.

 

Order processing and delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Damages

RJ’s Mart is not liable for any products damaged, lost during shipping or returned to our facility if you have provided us with incorrect information including shipping address or any other contact information. If your parcel is redirected back to us or if you fail to collect your parcel, a shipping fee may be applied if you wish for your parcel to be resent to you. Please ensure all information and contact information provided to us is correct prior to placing your order to avoid any issues. Cancellation and Refunds

Your order may be subject to cancellation if we are unable to fulfill your order due to incorrect address, out of stock items or disruptions in the shipping process. We may issue a refund if this is the case. All cancellations will be communicated through email or SMS.

Once you place an order and it gets processed for shipping, any cancellations made may be charged a shipping fee of $20. We will not be able to issue a refund once your order has been processed for shipping. In the uncommon event of your parcel arriving damaged, please contact us immediately with proof. In this case, please do not discard your parcel or anything inside as we will require evidence of the damaged products. Products are only deemed damaged if they are unable to be consumed. The case of refunds or reimbursements are only valid for damaged items, not the entire order.

 

Standard Shipping Rates

FREE standard shipping for all orders valued at $99 or more.

Flat rate shipping of $15 and express rate of $20.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship overseas. At least not yet!

 

Best before or expired items

This is only a "best before" date, not an expiration date. This means that while the product might not be at its peak quality, it is still safe to consume and sell. Most of the items we offer are non-perishable and have a long shelf life even after the best before date. Products that are past or approaching their best before date are clearly noted in their descriptions on our website and are offered at a significant discount. Since these items are sold at a reduced price, we cannot provide refunds for them.

 

Shipping in hot weather

We cannot guarantee items wont melt during transit on warmer days. Please note refunds will not be issued due to melted products so please consider prior to purchasing. To avoid melted products, we advise you to:

  • select express shipping
  • note estimated shipping days and avoid purchasing meltable products during extremely hot days
  • ensure to place orders from Monday  - Wednesday to avoid parcels sitting in the depot over the weekend (as we do not ship over the weekends)
