Refund policy

Damages

RJ’s Mart is not liable for any products damaged, lost during shipping or returned to our facility if you have provided us with incorrect information including shipping address or any other contact information. If your parcel is redirected back to us or if you fail to collect your parcel, a shipping fee may be applied if you wish for your parcel to be resent to you. Please ensure all information and contact information provided to us is correct prior to placing your order to avoid any issues. Cancellation and Refunds

Your order may be subject to cancellation if we are unable to fulfill your order due to incorrect address, out of stock items or disruptions in the shipping process. We may issue a refund if this is the case. All cancellations will be communicated through email or SMS.

Once you place an order and it gets processed for shipping, any cancellations made may be charged a shipping fee of $20. We will not be able to issue a refund once your order has been processed for shipping. In the uncommon event of your parcel arriving damaged, please contact us immediately with proof. In this case, please do not discard your parcel or anything inside as we will require evidence of the damaged products. Products are only deemed damaged if they are unable to be consumed. The case of refunds or reimbursements are only valid for damaged items, not the entire order.
